This massive development created a perfect storm of opportunity for CS’s fledgling firm.

Recognizing this, CS partnered with Pypun Engineering Consultant Ltd, a renowned civil works consultant with a rich legacy of 60 years. Together, they formed Pypun-KD & Associates Ltd in 2009, a joint venture poised to tackle Hong Kong’s railway challenges head-on.
