This piqued his interest, prompting him to download the tool to understand its inner workings. But he couldn’t grasp much of it at the time. Yet, he wasn’t one to back down from a challenge and thus began his relentless pursuit to decipher not only the complex programming languages involved but also the methods behind crafting such tools. The deeper he delved, the more his fascination, addiction, and fervor for cybersecurity grew, which ultimately led him to found SquareX, a cybersecurity powerhouse dedicated to empowering internet users with cutting-edge solutions to safeguard their digital lives. “Through SquareX, my mission is to redefine the cybersecurity landscape by introducing a one-of-a-kind browser-based solution engineered to fortify online safety for consumers,” asserts Vivek.

He didn’t have the patience to see the product through and thoroughly engage with customers while exploring all potential iterations. Consequently, despite having a product with great potential, the company itself did not flourish. It was a bitter pill to swallow, but Vivek didn’t let this setback define him. Instead, he took it as a valuable lesson. “The key lesson I learned from this experience was the importance of patience and persistence in problem-solving. These qualities became invaluable in my subsequent venture, which proved successful. Since then, I have consistently applied these lessons to my career,” shares Vivek.
